I was certified in 2003 in Kripalu Yoga, and opened a yoga center with my friend and teacher. After 8 wonderful years I moved my work to Cortland, NY where I live.
I believe yoga can be a way to stay healthy and flexible in the body and the mind. But perhaps more importantly, it helps us to open the doorway of the body, to go within, beyond the mind, to access the peace, love, grace and vitality that is here, that is real, that is eternal. Some people even call it God.
