Born in Philadelphia, Pam moved to Cortland in 1967 where she has been an active member in the community. She is a graduate of the Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage in Syracuse, NY. Pam is dedicated to help others overcome stress and dis-ease through the healing modalities of Massage Therapy, Essential Oils and a Japanese form of Energy Work known as Reiki, having been trained as a Usui Reiki Master/Teacher. She is a member of the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals. In 2007 Pam and her husband, Scott purchased the former Gonda Real Estate at 91 North Main Street the home of MainStay Massage.
